  • A: Major retailers across the U.A.E such as Carrefour, Lulu, Co-op, Spinneys, Choitrams, Waitrose and Souq.com to name a few are eligible for Points earn.

  • A: Yes, any Pampers product on your receipt is eligible for Points.

  • Q: Do I earn Points on the full purchase price or the discounted price?
  • A: The Points you earn are based on the amount next to the Pampers product you have purchased on the receipt. For example, if you spent 100AED on Pampers product, you will be awarded 200 Points.

  • Q: How long after my purchase can I scan a receipt to be awarded Points?
  • A: After you have made a purchase, you will have 30 days to submit your receipt to earn Points.

  • A: Generally, Points are awarded to your account within a few hours of submitting your receipt. However, please allow up to 24 hours.
